Vaishno Devi Helicopter Package from Jammu

A new helicopter service has been launched directly from Jammu for the benefit of pilgrims visiting the MaaVaishno Devi shrine. On 25th June, 24, the new helicopter service was introduced. This new helicopter service is a blessing for those who are elderly or have little time yet have a strong devotion to MaaVaishno Devi.

Jammu-Katra Helicopter Service Packages

( A ) Jammu – Katra Helicopter Package ( Same day return )

• Duration: 1 Day
• Places to Visit: Katra

The Maa Vaishno Devi DarshanYatra can now be finished in a single day, which is wonderful news for all pilgrims.

ITINERARY:

• 0830 hours: flight reaches Jammu Airport
  When you arrive at the Jammu Airport, an escort will take you to the helipad.
• 1100 hours: board the charter to maavaishnodevi temple
  The helicopter will transport you from Jammu to Panchi Helipad ( Katra ) in roughly 20 to 30 minutes.
• 1130 hours: On reaching Panchi helipad, The pilgrims will have battery car service. You can go to the MaaVaishno Devi Bhawan (Temple) in the battery-operated vehicle.
  You will be provided with VIP darshan service at the vaishnodevimatatemple.
• 1200 hours: Following darshan, you will be provided ropeway tickers to the Bhaironath Ji temple. The pilgrim will once more receive the VIP darshan at the temple ofBhaironath.Ji Temple.
• 1330 hours: Afterdarshan at Bhaironath Temple, a battery car will transport you back to the Panchi helipad. You will take the return trip to Jammu Airport from Panchi Helipad.
• 1400 hours: back to Jammu Airport.
• 1640 hours: take the final departure Indigo flight. It will reach New Delhi Airport at 1800 hours.

( B ) Jammu – Katra Helicopter Package ( Next day return )

• Duration: 2 Days
• Places to Visit: Katra

ITINERARY:

DAY 1

• 1155 hours: Take the Indigo flight from New Delhi Airport
• 1310 hours: flight reaches Jammu Airport When you arrive at the Jammu Airport, an escort will take you to the helipad area.
• 1400 hours: board the charter to MaaVaishno Devi temple The helicopter will transport you from Jammu to Panchi Helipad ( Katra ) in roughly 20 to 30 minutes.
• 1430 hours: Charter reaches Panchi helipad. From here, The pilgrims will be given battery car service to go to the MaaVaishno Devi Bhawan (Temple). The accommodations for pilgrims to remain on the bhavan premises will be provided upon their arrival. For getting the accommodation, the pilgrims have to reach Durgabhavan.
• 1800 hours: The pilgrims will also be able to take part in the esteemed SSVP ( ShradhaSumanVishesh Pooja) Aarti within the temple thanks to this special package. ( Scroll down to know in detail about this special Pooja )

DAY 2

• 0700 hours: pilgrims will be provided ropeway tickets to Bhaironath Ji temple You will receive VIP darshan at the Bhaironath Ji temple, which is also a special service part of this package.
• 0900 hours: take the ropeway back to bhavan From here, the battery car service will transport you back to the Panchi Helipad to take the return flight to Jammu Airport.
• 0930 hours: board the flight to Jammu Airport
• 1000 hours: the return flight from Katra reaches Jammu Airport.
  On reaching Jammu Airport, you can take the return flight to your hometown.

• Shradha Suman Vishesh Pooja - SSVP :

This Aarti is a special ceremony that enables pilgrims to connect profoundly with their religion. It provides a unique devotional moment that elevates the trip experience as a whole. At Bhawan, the Aarti is performed inside the cave containing the Holy Pindis, Pilgrims have the opportunity to worship in front of the Holy Pindis.

The pilgrims are given a specific 30- to 40-minute window during the ceremony. They can spend this time completely immersed in prayer and meditation within the Sanctum Santorum, deepening and personalizing their relationship with God.

There are particular chants, hymns, and offerings during the SSVP Aarti. Priests conduct it, guiding the pilgrims through the Pooja's phases and making sure that each step of the ceremony is performed correctly.

Because of the unique character of this Pooja, pilgrims who take part in the SSVP Aarti not only do an act of worship but also obtain spiritual benefits that are thought to be more significant. It is supposed to bring benefits, tranquility, and desire fulfillment.
